Chinese Chicken Noodle Soup
Serves 6 //
Easy.
Ingredients:
150g Chicken Fillets
30g Knorr Chicken Bouillon Paste, diluted in 1.5L water
2 Medium Onions, diced
150g Sweetcorn
150g Peppers Mixed, Sliced
6g Star Anise
12g Chilli Powder
20g Knorr Egg Noodles
12g Ground Ginger
36g Garlic Puree
30g Cornflour
1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
Method:
Dice and cook the chicken until golden brown.
Fry the vegetables in a pan until soft, along with the herbs, ginger, and spices.
Add the bouillon to water and allow to dissolve, then add to the pan and simmer until all vegetables are cooked through. Blitz lightly.
Add the chicken and continue to simmer.
Add the noodles and simmer until cooked.
Serve along with a garnish as required.
