Wellbeing In Focus, FYP:365, TAKE:15 and Move For:30 are created and developed by our dedicated team of registered dietitians and nutritionists.

Our team has a breadth of knowledge and experience within the dietetic, nutrition and fitness industry, using the latest evidence-based research to deliver our holistic programme.  

Gina Camfield, Health and Wellbeing Manager, UK.

Gina is a registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association For Nutrition (AFN), with an MSc in Human Nutrition. Gina joined the Aramark health and wellbeing team in 2022.

Caroline Donovan, PhD, Senior Dietitian

Caroline oversees the provision of nutritious and healthy food in healthcare and corporate business sites across Ireland. She brings extensive experience from her previous roles in clinical practice, public health nutrition, and research. Caroline recently completed her PhD as part of the National Adult Nutrition Survey II at University College Dublin (UCD). Caroline joined Aramark in March 2024.

Amanda Courtney, Senior Dietitian.

Amanda is a registered dietitian, working on the health and wellbeing team since 2020. Amanda brings a versatile approach to food service nutrition, collaborating with the culinary team to develop nutritious recipes while maintaining high standards and ensure compliance with Irish dietary guidelines.

Dedicated to promoting health and wellness, Amanda and the wellbeing team have integrated a three-pillar approach —Eat Well, Think Well and Perform Well—into Aramark’s wellbeing programme. Healthy offerings are complemented by a focus on physical activity and mental wellbeing, helping to create balanced, sustainable lifestyles and enable customers to make informed meal choices.

Kate Langley

, Nutrition Coordinator.

Kate is a registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN). Kate joined the Aramark health and wellbeing team in 2023 as Nutrition Intern during her final year studying Public Health Nutrition at Technological University Dublin. She has now continued working as part of the team, taking on the role of Nutrition Coordinator.
