Amanda brings a versatile approach to food service nutrition, collaborating with the culinary team to develop nutritious recipes while maintaining high standards and ensure compliance with Irish dietary guidelines.
Dedicated to promoting health and wellness, Amanda and the wellbeing team have integrated a three-pillar approach —Eat Well, Think Well and Perform Well—into Aramark’s wellbeing programme. Healthy offerings are complemented by a focus on physical activity and mental wellbeing, helping to create balanced, sustainable lifestyles and enable customers to make informed meal choices.
