Overview
Wellbeing In Focus (WIF) is Aramark’s comprehensive health and wellbeing programme, designed and endorsed by registered nutritionists and dietitians. With a holistic approach, it aims to deliver healthier outcomes for all our customers.
We know wellbeing is so much more than just food, it is reflected in our behaviours, lifestyle choices, and self-care. Our programme, WIF, is comprised of three key pillars that aim to support our customers holistic wellness goals, and actively encourages our customers to take wellbeing into their own hands through the creation of healthier environments and mindsets. Our goal is to create a wellbeing programme that has a positive impact on our customers, communities and employees.
WIF will provide easily accessible health information and choices, that are relatable, digestible and achievable by bringing together what we eat (and why), with the way we think and the way we move, to deliver energetic, wellbeing-focused content, awareness campaigns and food choices.
Feed Your Potential 365
Feed Your Potential (FYP) 365 focuses on improving our food choices and relationship with food, by discovering what food, all food, can do to feed our potential and fuel our performance, 365 days a year. When on-site, our customers can be assured of an offer that suits their preferences, dietary requirements, individual goals and dietary patterns.
TAKE 15
TAKE 15 is Aramark’s mental health campaign to encourage all our clients, customers, staff and students to take 15 minutes away from home, work and study environments to unwind and recover from stress.
TAKE 15’s goal is to help encourage positive mental health in the workplace with a focus on mindfulness, removing the stigma associated with mental health and encouraging more conversation and engagement with both employees, clients and customers.
Move For 30
Move For 30 is our physical activity awareness campaign to encourage all users to meet the daily physical activity recommendation of 30-minutes per day.
The campaign aims to motivate users to meet the recommended activity levels with the use of “exercise bites” - short bursts of activity throughout the day - in an achievable, enjoyable and sociable manner.
