Spicy Stir-Fried Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Oil
1 Shallot
2 Tbsp. Fresh root ginger (finely diced)
4-5 Garlic cloves (finely diced)
720g Brussel sprouts (halved)
1 Tsp. Sesame oil
2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
2 Tsp. Soy sauce
1-2 Green and red chillies (finely chopped)
Method:
Place the sesame seeds onto a suitable oven tray and roast at 180c.
Heat the sunflower oil in a suitable pan and lightly fry the ginger, garlic, chillies & shallots.
Add the sprouts and cook until slightly softened, add the sesame oil and soy sauce and cook for a further minute.
Place Brussels mix in a suitable serving vessel and scatter over the toasted sesame seeds.
